Got a new device and want to keep your Zen Match progress going strong? No worries, we've got you covered. 💪
🌷 Here's how:
- From the Home Screen on your original device, go to 'Settings' ⚙️ in the upper right corner. Write down your Player ID or snap a quick picture. This helps make sure we have your information if anything happens.
- Set up Zen Match on your new device where you'll have a new Player ID. Make a note of that one too. If they're different, you're on the right track.
- If you'd like to connect with Facebook, make sure you've got the Facebook app on both devices and that you're logged into the same account on each. If you're connecting with Apple or Google, make sure you're using the same Apple ID or Google Play account on both devices.
- Head back to Zen Match on your previous device, go to 'Settings' ⚙️, and hit 'Sign in with Apple', 'Sign in with Facebook', or 'Sign in with Google Play'.
- Do the same thing on your new device. And voilà! Your game progress should be right where you left it.
⭐ Heads up: When you're logged into Apple, Facebook, or Google all your purchases will follow you to your new device, so you won't lose any of your hard-earned progress or items!

No worries! Just click on the 'Send Us a Message' button to shoot us a ticket. Don't forget to include both your Player IDs.
